Monty Hoggard has lived in Laton since 2017. Monty farms almonds and is an Account Executive at Pacific Ag Insurance Agency. Monty also grew up in Hanford on the family dairy farm. Monty has been serving as a Director for the District since 2017. Monty was a past president for the Kings County Farm Bureau and still active on the board. Monty is married to Melanie and has one child.
