Frank Zonneveld is a Farmer / Dairy Farmer from Laton and has been living within the Laguna Irrigation District with his family since 1968. Frank has served on the Laguna Irrigation District’s Board of Directors since 2002, serving both as Vice President from 2002 – 2005 and President from 2005 to the present. Frank is active in the community serving on the Kings River Water Association (KRWA), North Fork Kings Groundwater Sustainability Association (NFKGSA), Kings River Water Quality Coalition, and Kings County Farm Bureau, as well as sitting on the Board of Directors for the Sierra Village Retirement Home and is Chairman of the Farm Bureau Water Committee. Frank has been married to his wife, Jana, for more than 43 years, and has 3 married children and 9 grandchildren.
